You've Got Questions, We've Got Answers

Is My Work Eligible For The Money Awards?

The Entry must have been launched or released to its Audience for the first time during the period starting on January 1 2024 and ending on June 30 2025. It must not be speculative or conceptual and must be submitted exactly as launched or released. If you're not sure whether your work is eligible, get in touch with our team awards@money2020.com.

How Do I Choose Where To Enter And Find Out More About The Entry Process?

You’ll find an overview of The Money Awards entry process in the The Money Awards Entry Guide. Awards Experts are available all year to talk you through the process and give you further advice about any specific questions, including help with category selection. Contact our Awards Experts here awards@money2020.com.

You’ll find a detailed breakdown of The Money Awards categories including material requirements, in The Money Awards Rulebook. Download the Money Awards Rulebook.

Can I Pay First And Upload Material Later?

All elements included in your entry must be the final version at the point that you complete and pay for them. No replacement or additional media can be accepted after an entry has been finalized and received by Money20/20 without exception.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept credit card and bank transfer payments. If you wish to change your payment method after you’ve submitted your entries, please get in touch with our Awards experts for more information. Payment is due immediately upon entry into The Money Awards.

Does The Entry Fee Cover All My Entries?

The entry fee is charged per individual entry, i.e. one piece of work entered in a single category. Fees differ per Award. You can check the fees here. Each individual entry will have a unique entry ID, for example, 00013.

When Will I Receive My Tax Invoice After Making A Payment?

After completing your payment, you will receive your tax invoice within one to two weeks. If you paid via bank transfer, ensure you send a copy of the transfer confirmation and the proforma invoice to customeraccounts@money2020.com.

Can I make changes to my entry?

No changes can be made once you have clicked "Submit" & "Checkout". Please only check out when your entry is 100% complete. As per our rules, all supporting materials need to be the correct and final versions and cannot be changed once your Entry has been submitted, so you cannot edit your entry after submission.

Can I Withdraw My Entry?

If there are any issues with your submission, the first step you must take is to get in touch with the Awards Team. We can provide advice and talk to you about the most appropriate next step. Any Entry Fees due but unpaid at the time of withdrawal are immediately due and payable.

Refunds on or before Tuesday June 24 2025 An entrant may withdraw their entries on or before Tuesday 24 June 2025 for any reason and be eligible for a refund of the entry fee paid, less a processing fee of $100.

No refunds after June 24 2025 An entrant may withdraw their entries after 24 June 2025 if payment has been made; however they will not be eligible for a refund. We request immediate settlement if payment has not yet been made, as the entrants are still liable to pay for entries.
