The global financial system is broken. It has to run on so many rails, that it suffers from severe inefficiencies, incongruency, and higher costs. With 2-3 billion financially underserved people, the need to create smoother rails that would lower costs and make banking simpler and more affordable was once a pipe dream. But with the promise of a huge market opportunity, the hopes of enabling a smoother and more equitable financial system, and the technology available to make, what was once only imagined, possible, the race is on to see who will re-design the system first!
