Gabrielle is an investor at Plug And Play and an expert in the implementation process of startup solutions within financial institutions. She is responsible for Plug And Play’s Fintech activities in EMEA, supporting and overseeing local offices in Abu Dhabi, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Frankfurt and Paris. In parallel she provides VC funding to early-stage fintech and insurtech startups in the European space along with expertise in scaling and access to new markets.

Prior to this she designed and executed the open innovation process at Citi FinTech launching high-impact programs to crowdsource fintech and regtech solutions and built financial products at Bloomberg.

She is a frequent speaker at leading conferences and has authored a number of whitepapers and articles on innovation in the financial industry.
